The film, in short
What you just watched
The same four questions the film answers, in text — so you can scan it, share it, or read it without the sound on.
What it is
One place for your clients, your cases and every document that belongs to them — and an assistant that has actually read them. Built by Tafora Technology.

Who it is for
Anyone whose work is a case file. If your day involves reading documents to find the facts, it was built for you.
- Solo lawyers
- Small firms
- In-house teams
- Paralegals
How it is used
Five steps, start to finish. No training and no migration — if you can run email, you can run this.
- Add a client
- Open a case
- Upload documents
- Press Analyze
- Check the findings
What comes back
A structured brief rather than a summary, and every point in it names the document and the page it came from.
- Key facts
- Risks
- Contradictions
- Missing information
- Citations
Why it can be trusted
Every line names its source.
An answer you cannot check is an answer you cannot file. Click any citation and the document opens on that page with the sentence marked — so verifying a finding takes seconds, not an afternoon.
- 101
- passages read and cross-checked in the case shown
- 1 click
- from a finding to the page it came from
- 0
- claims without a source behind them
Decision support for a qualified professional to review. AttorneyAI is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

The gap
Imported legal AI is confidently wrong here
It is not that these tools lack information. It is that they do not know which country they are in — and fluency hides it.
It answers with the wrong jurisdiction
Ask about ending employment and you are told about at-will termination, which does not exist here. Ask about a bounced cheque and you get American commercial paper doctrine instead of a statutory notice and a criminal complaint.
It has never seen the procedure
Court fees, limitation, which forum takes the matter, what must be deposited before an appeal is entertained. None of this is derivable from general legal knowledge, and all of it decides whether a filing survives its first hearing.
It cannot read the file
Half the record is a scanned Bangla deed with a handwritten endorsement in the margin. A tool that needs clean English text has already failed before it starts reasoning.
It will not show its work
A confident paragraph with nothing to check is worse than no answer, because it costs you the hour you spend discovering it was wrong.
What it does
Five things, done to a standard you can file
Not a chatbot bolted onto a search box. Each of these is built against how the work is actually done in a Bangladeshi chambers.
Answers that cite the section, not the vibe
Ask in plain Bangla or English. Every proposition comes back anchored to a named Act, a section number and, where it exists, a reported decision you can pull.
- Statute text with the operative sub-section highlighted
- Report citations in DLR, BLD, BLC and MLR form
- Amendment history, so you do not argue a repealed provision
01The payee must serve written notice within 30 days of receiving information of dishonour.
02The drawer then has 30 days to pay. Cause of action arises only on that failure.
03Complaint must be filed within one month of the cause of action.
How it works
Ask, check, draft
Ask the way you would ask a senior
Plain Bangla or plain English. No prompt craft, no keyword syntax. Attach the deed, the agreement or the whole bundle if the answer depends on it.
Check the section, not the vibe
Every proposition comes anchored to a named Act, a section number and, where one exists, a reported decision. Verification takes a minute, so it actually happens.
Turn it into something you can file
A notice, a plaint, a written statement, a client note in plain Bangla — laid out to Bangladeshi convention and to your chambers' own house style.

For law firms
Built for the way a chambers actually works
Work here moves between people. A partner takes instructions, an associate researches, a junior drafts, a clerk files, and someone covers the next date at short notice. The tool has to survive that handover.
Your precedent bank, not a generic library
Load your own drafts. The house style you have spent fifteen years settling stays the house style.
Matter walls that hold
Ethical walls between matters, so a conflicted team cannot reach the other side of a file. Enforced in the product, evidenced in the log.
Roles that match the chambers
Partner, associate, junior, clerk. Permissions that reflect who may see a matter and who may export from it.
An audit trail you can hand over
Every query, upload and export attributable to a named person, exportable for the firm's own records.
Handover that is not a WhatsApp thread
Matter notes, next dates and papers in one place, so tomorrow's cover knows what yesterday's hearing decided.
A pilot that proves it or does not
One month, one live matter, your own drafts loaded, a named contact sitting with your team. If it does not save your juniors real hours, do not buy it.
Practice areas
The dockets that fill a Bangladeshi practice
From the Artha Rin list to the Family Court, with the statutes each area actually turns on.

Who it is for
Advocates, chambers, in-house teams — and the people they act for
The quotes below are composites written to illustrate each buyer's position. They are not real customers, and we will not pretend otherwise.
“My juniors used to spend a full day pulling together the section history for an Artha Rin matter. Now that part is done before the tea arrives, and their day goes on the argument instead.”
Barrister A. Rahman
Partner, commercial chambers, Dhaka
Illustrative“The thing that sold me was that it cites the section. I do not want a confident paragraph. I want to know where to look so I can decide for myself.”
Adv. Nusrat Jahan
Advocate, Judge Court, Chattogram
Illustrative“Our compliance team drafts in English and explains in Bangla all day long. Having one tool that does not lose the legal sense between the two has been the real saving.”
Tanvir Ahmed
Head of Legal, NBFI, Dhaka
Illustrative“I read my lease before signing it for the first time in my life, because someone finally explained it in Bangla I could follow.”
Shamima K.
Small business owner, Sylhet
Illustrative“For a legal aid clinic the bottleneck was never willingness, it was hours. This gives our volunteers a defensible starting point on matters they have not seen before.”
Farhana Islam
Programme lead, legal aid NGO
Illustrative“I am in my final year and I use it the way I would use a very patient senior — ask, get the section, then go and read the section.”

Trust
Privilege is not a feature you add later
A chambers cannot put a client's file into a tool it cannot account for. These are the controls the product is built around — and we mark the ones not yet independently attested rather than implying they are.
Items marked “Planned” describe intended controls that have not yet been independently attested. We will not describe them otherwise until they have been.
Data residency
PlannedMatter data held in a designated region with residency terms fixed in the enterprise agreement.
No training on client matter

Questions
The ones that actually get asked
No, and no. AttorneyAI is a legal technology platform. It is not a law firm, it does not practise law, and using it creates no lawyer-client relationship. It is built to help an advocate work faster and to help a member of the public understand their position well enough to instruct one. For advice on your own matter, engage an advocate enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council.
General assistants are trained overwhelmingly on American and European material. Ask one about termination and it will reach for at-will employment; ask about a bounced cheque and it will reach for US commercial paper rules. Neither is the law here. AttorneyAI reasons over Bangladeshi primary legislation, subordinate rules and reported decisions, and cites the section it relied on so you can check it.
No. Treat every output as a well-prepared junior's first draft: a strong starting point that a qualified person must verify before it goes to a client or a court. That is why every answer carries its citations — so verification takes a minute, not an afternoon. An advocate who files an unchecked draft remains responsible for it.
Yes, in both directions. You can ask in Bangla and get a draft in English, or upload an English contract and get a plain-Bangla explanation for your client. Legal terms of art are mapped to their Bangladeshi equivalents rather than translated word for word — দেনমোহর is dower, not a literal gloss.
Only the people you grant access to within your workspace. Uploaded matter is not used to train models, and on Chambers and Enterprise plans you can place matter walls so a conflicted team cannot reach the other side of a file. Full detail, including retention windows, is set out on the Privacy page.
Using a research and drafting tool is not advertising. AttorneyAI is software you use inside your own practice, like a library or a word processor. We do not publish your name, your matters or your results, and we do not solicit clients on your behalf. Nothing on this site is an advertisement for any advocate or chambers.
The corpus is versioned. When an Act is amended or repealed, answers carry the amendment history and flag provisions that are no longer in force, so you do not argue a repealed section. Where a point is genuinely unsettled, the answer says so rather than inventing certainty.
Yes. Chambers pilots run for one month on a live matter of your choosing, with your own drafts loaded into the precedent bank, and a named contact who sits with your team. If it does not save your juniors real hours, do not buy it.
Put it on a real matter
One month, one live file, your own drafts loaded. If your juniors do not get their hours back, you will know inside a fortnight.
AttorneyAI is a legal technology platform, not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice and no lawyer–client relationship is created.
